Government & Public Sector Week Japan is an exhibition consisting of seven specialised shows for local governments and public institutions. FAQ for Visiting

[ A ]
Visitor registration (free) is required.
※Please note that every visitor is required to register in advance. Once you have completed your visitor registration, you will receive your exclusive "visitor badge".

Registration being completed over three weeks before the exhibition starts:
        -'Visitor badge' will be sent by email three weeks before the exhibition.
        -'Visitor badge' is currently being prepared, so the registration completion screen will display a countdown until the badge is ready.
        -Please check that you have received an e-mail from the Show Management with the title 'Thank you for your registration'. (so that you can properly receive the subsequent email later on) *Please do not forget to check your 'junk mail box' if you cannot find the email.

Registration being completed from three weeks prior to the exhibition until the end of the exhibition:
        -'Visitor badge' will be displayed on the registration completion screen and you will also receive an email titled 'Thank you for your registration' (with your 'visitor badge').

Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of “Participation of the children”, “Privacy Policy”, “Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar” by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show.
Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany child(ren) on the day of the show. Please visit Show Management office on the day of the show for the registration of the child(ren).
Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.
